Just a bad experience overall. The rooms are not what they appear to be on the internet. The rooms felt dirty and smelled of mildew. The beds looked "clean". The AC worked good. The biggest problem was the internet didn't work. I called the front desk at 12:30AM as I had work to do, we just got in around 11:00PM and needed to finalize some documents. I called the front desk and was told that some of the rooms don't have internet and to check the front desk in the morning, I did, no internet. I had a seminar to attend, got back around 5PM. Still no internet, we were put into another room, still no internet. This had gone on for 2 hours, finally I just asked for a refund of the nights I already paid for and I would get another room. He said I had to talk to Hotels.com for the refund. I did, and they okayed the refund but the front desk guy charged me for that night as well! He said because it was after 7pm, he had to charge me! I said that was not right! He then kept being a real jerk, he would not talk to me and said he had "other customers" to take care of. He then walked away and didn't answer the Hotels.com operator, not once but twice to get that "charged" night refund. I finally just left.
