This hotel has a great staff — they were very helpful and accommodating in every way. Although the rooms are a little worn out, they were very clean and smelled fresh. The property itself could use some updating, especially the hallways and common areas. Overall, this is a good, budget-friendly hotel 👍

This was the worst stay ever the check in agent tried to copy my card and attempted multiple transactions after I checked in then the room door was found open twice and my complaint went unattended the halls were Hot and trashy it was a very bad stay I checked out the next day it was supposed to be a 14 day stay and I had to cancel my card which totally rained on the rest of my trip

Poor management behavior, unwillingness to address room concerns and lack of accountability for staff and employees in any capacity. Pubes, hair and blood under sheets, hair in fridge, old food left in fridge, flies in sink and tub. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE PERFECT IMMUNE SYSTEM.

I stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel and overall the experience was acceptable. The hotel is in a very good location, close to major attractions, which is very convenient. The rooms are well equipped, although they do need a fresh coat of paint and some updates, especially the bathrooms, which require renovation. The water pressure in the shower is not the best and overall maintenance could be improved. However, the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, it is a functional and well-located hotel, but it does need some improvements in maintenance and infrastructure
