Lost power two nights we were there, the room was not very clean, prior occupants spilled paint and other questionable stains through the space (room 414). I had 2 rooms, (room 640), which was the nicer of the two. No power was major inconvenience. I was traveling with a pregnant wife, two small children, and mother in law. Also was only refunded for one night, for one room, not for the other room. Very poorly handled by staff. Elevators were also getting stuck and safety messages were playing in them. I will not be returning. We left your hotel and stood at the ritz Carlton to salvage what was left of our trip. What a disappointment.

Staff in general very kind and accommodating yet wait staff if you decide to eat in are horrible at attending tables. Had to wait for our simple burger and a microwave pizza for about an hour. The breakfast was especially interesting they will give you food but your utensils will arrive 5 min later, if you ask for apple juice you may end up with orange juice, you ask for chicken you will find beef instead. I have never seen a service this terrible even at places you would expect sub par service. Come on guys these are easy to fix problems. Food service staff needs a ton of training!

Room furniture and carpet was pretty old and worn out. The lifts were outdated and scary. In the night, power breakdown was for more than an hour and room was totally dark and scary. Airport shuttle service is wonderful. Overall, the hotel is very normal and mediocre type only.

Front desk was not helpful. We messaged the hotel in advance stating we would be unboarding a cruise ship in the morning and asked if we can check in before 3pm. We waited around the hotel for 6 hours all we were told was that we would be texted and called when the room was ready. We never received a single call or text updating us on the room status but was told at 3pm we are sorry it looks like a call or text was never sent out. I asked to speak with a manager and was ignored
