House was beautiful and extremely clean. The amenities at the house were awesome! Loved the theater - super comfy with lots of nice recliners and portable "rocker" gaming chairs. Having the second family room upstairs with a big couch and TV was great as well so everyone could spread out. Beds were super comfy too! Any questions or issues we had were quickly responded to by the management company via text. Loved how close it is to a grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store... Super location. Would for sure stay here again!

The house was just as we expected. Very clean, nicely decorated and tons of space for a large family. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the propane grill was excellent. The gaming systems were a huge hit with the kids and we used the theatre room. We did have some trouble with the door code checking in, property management helped within 15 minutes. The patio door lock wasn't working but a very thorough cleaning fixed it - this was vital to be comfortable with a toddler as he was easily able to open the pool fence. We did have quite a flood from the upstairs washing machine due to a faulty part. Looked like a recurring issue from the previous water damage on the ceiling. Again, management sent someone out very quickly. I think the minor inconveniences were reasonable for the fair price of the home, but there were a few small hiccups. A few things are starting to show wear from being well used and loved, but we left happy and well rested. This was a stand out in Champions Gate, a gorgeous home at a reasonable price, we will happily visit again and recommend to friends and family. Excellent location for the parks while still having a lot of amenities. The Oasis Club should not be missed - incredible bonus on top of the house's wonderful pool and spa. My son got a pretty bad cut on his foot from the floor of the pool at the Relaxation club, but the staff was outstanding. Very professional and took great care of us immediately. Overall an excellent stay.

Our stay was excellent, the location and house were perfect for what we wanted. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival. The location of the villa over looking the golf course was an added bonus and being at the end of the road was good too as no one over looked you which can happen a lot in house in Florida. The management company were great especially Flávio who always replied and sorted anything we asked straight away. He even found my sons AirPods he left behind and posted to the UK. 10/10 from us would recommend to anyone looking for a house near Orlando. Thanks

Family Time

This property was a great place to spend a family vacation. When we were not at the Disney parks, the house had lots to do for my grandson and daughter. The adults enjoyed sitting by the pool and watching a movie in the movie room. Very good choice ! We will be back.

Florida family vacation

The home was perfect for our whole family including grand parents, children and grandchildren from 8 years old to 80 years old. The pool and spa were great along with a very nice game room and terrific in home theater room! The home and neighborhood was very well maintained with a nice golf course view as well. Also, all the Orlando area entertainment was nearby for us to enjoy.

The house is exactly as described. Sitting on the golf course and the end of a Cul-de-sac. It was perfect for a quiet vacation. The pool was amazing and the theater was great to hang out all together and watch a movie. I would recommend the house to anyone coming to the Orlando area. 10/10

Husband's 50th birthday

My family and I had a wonderful time celebrating my husband's birthday. The home was clean ans exactly as shown in the listing. I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 because the oven did not work and the heated pool wasn't very warm. Overall the stay was great.

Fantastic vacation spot!

Excellent amenities and close to Disney parks. Groceries, restaurants, etc. within 5-10 min drive. Walkable paths. At the end of the street so perhaps a bit quieter than other locations which is a plus!
