Wisconsin Get Away

Property was nice, but manager was unaware of our reservation somehow due to owner/manager miscommunication, so it hadn't been cleaned - was resolved quickly, but they didn't do a very good job. When rented, a heated pool was offered - pool wasn't heated due to heater damage. Kelly, the manager, was extremely helpful and apologetic about everything. The toilet in the master bedroom area was leaking due to the bolts on one side being broken/missing, wasn't fixed after we called about it (we had initially thought it was sweating). Other than that, a good location, nice area to walk the dogs behind the house (and we picked up droppings), easy to access. A little noisy being by the highway when you sat outside, quiet when inside. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I am asking herewith for a refund of $200.00. At 8.30pm on arrival day we were able to take possession of the rental. After over 4 hours on the phone with Vrbo, which were not of a great help either! At 6pm someone was able to get host on the phone. She claims Vrbo did a mistake she has no booking from me. House was dirty from last guests, so they had to organize cleaning first. Unacceptable from Expedia, Vrbo and the host!
