Other Important Information

- Pool Heating: Available for an additional fee of $40 per day, with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Please request in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.

- BBQ Grill: Available for a one-time fee of $100, which includes cleaning after use. Request ahead of time for setup.

- 5 cars are allowed

- Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the home.

Windsor Island Resort is a gated vacation home community in Davenport, Florida. It’s located about 8–12 miles from Walt Disney World, meaning roughly a 10–25-minute drive, depending on traffic. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Epic Universe are within 25–30 minutes by car

The resort’s centerpiece is the “Aloha” clubhouse offering a zero-entry heated pool, lazy river, dual water slides, kids splash pad, hot tub, fitness center, arcade, miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, soccer court, fire pit, outdoor bar & dining, and a hammock garden

Shops and amenities aren’t far: Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Target, Walmart and dining spots are all within 5–10 minutes .
