Great Disney Vacation

Great stay at Windsor Hills as advertised

The property is on the 4th floor but there are elevators. It is otherwise a great location relative to the club house and pool. We typically stay in the Town Homes of Windsor Hills but this met our needs regarding space. As far as the rental the pictures our accurate and manager was very responsive. We had no issues and would not hestitate to stay here again!

Great for Disney

We stayed here for a week while visiting Disney World. We loved being able to come home and spread out after spending so much time together during the day. The drive to the parks was pretty easy - evenings could get a little backed up with traffic, but not too bad. The condo was just as described. We loved the pool and splash pad area of the resort. We would definitely stay. here again!

Excellent stay

This was our first time at Windsor hills and we will be back. The condo was VERY clean and a very short walk to the pool. The owner was excellent to deal with and anytime I asked a question, she was quick to respond. This was close to all parks and very secure. I would recommend this to any family looking to have a great vacation!

Stay away

Pee stained bedding, dust covering the walls and doors, dirty couch and carpet, dead bugs hanging from something on the wall, dirty baseboards and doors, very bad smell, bathroom sink would not drain, toenail or finger nail in the kid’s sheets along with hair and eyelashes, so they clearly were not washed. If you have allergies or asthma, this place will cause a flair in both. The owner stated she has been in Brazil for two years. We called VRBO as soon as we checked in. They were not much help since it was so late and they had to contact the owner. We sent all the pictures to VRBO and told them we didn’t want to stay there even one night, but we were told by VRBO that we had to or we would not be able to receive any refund for the week. We left the next morning, and the owner refunded us for the week but requested that we send her money for the one night to her Regions account even though we were told we had to stay. VRBO was also no help in finding a new place, so we just used Travelocity, and it was much better that VRBO.
