Important Notice: Community Pool Closure

Please be advised that the Bella Vida community pool will be closed to all residents beginning November 6 for resurfacing. The project is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks to complete. We appreciate your understanding while this improvement work is underway.



Guest Access:

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard.



Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.



All guests gain full access to Bella Vida Resort and all of the amenities they offer.

Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, campers, commercial vehicle, U-Hauls, etc).

Nestled over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly 20 mins away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), you'll be hanging out on the hip side of US192 in Kissimmee. If you're the adventurous type, theme parks and water parks are just a stone's throw away (well, a short drive, but who's counting?), and we've got golf courses, restaurants, and shops galore to keep you entertained.

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.

• Please keep your card safe during your stay. A $50 replacement fee will apply for any lost amenity card.



Additional Services:

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time USD 69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

• Pool & hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price. Fee: USD 35/night per service or USD 59/night for both, with a 2-night minimum. 24-hour notice required.

• Pack 'n play rental: USD 39 (one-time fee)

• Highchair rental: USD 29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

• Parties, events, or smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property.

• Late checkout will incur a fee per additional hour.

• Large messes may result in additional cleaning charges.

• No pets allowed (service animals excepted); violations may result in fines.

• No liability for pool or hot tub use; use at your own risk.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• Violations may result in charges or eviction without refund.



Notice: Bellavida Community Updates

• Parking regulations are strictly enforced throughout the property. Parking on the street, grass, sidewalks, or double parking is prohibited and may result in towing. Recreational vehicles, trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, and boats must be parked inside an enclosed garage at all times. Vehicles exceeding 21 feet in length or 8 feet in height are not permitted, and oversized vehicles that cannot fit inside the garage will be denied entry. Unregistered, inoperable, wrecked, or damaged vehicles may not be repaired, serviced, or stored on the property except inside a fully enclosed garage with the door closed. Commercial vehicles are not allowed in overflow parking areas; however, clearly marked vendor vehicles actively working at the property may park temporarily without being towed.

• Recreational vehicles such as ATVs, dirt bikes, UTVs, and side-by-sides are strictly prohibited, and any damage to common areas will be the full responsibility of the guest/owner.

• Please be advised that the community pool will be temporarily closed beginning Friday, November 6, for resurfacing. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
