The hotel charged me $28.23 for parking, but the reservation included and said free parking. I showed the reservation to the front desk, but she said the Expedia didn’t included the parking in the reservation and that I have to paid it. I will like to get a refund!

The staff was wonderful. We had asked for a handicap room and did not get one. It was very difficult when I had a parent that could not take a shower and struggled to get up and down on the toilet.

Hyatt Place was easily one of my favorite places to stay. The staff was nice and respectful and the place was well maintained. I had a wonderful time with my friends here and will be heavily considering Hyatt Place the next time I visit Orlando

Dawneth was great. She offered friendly prompt service. She went above and beyond and upgraded our stay, which was much appreciated! The ease of breakfast and the shuttle were perks to our visit as well. Staff were always friendly and willing to offer any assistance when needed. We would definitely look to book in the future.
