Perfect spot for a Universal trip. Loved having access to a kitchenette. Hotel was convenient to park. Breakfast was average nothing special but nice that it was included. Only downside to this hotel is the pool is a bit small.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Ample free parking where allot of the hotels in the area charge you a fee. Breakfast was also free and great with a variety of choices. Five (5) stars all the way.

Great location to Universal and fresh property just off the interstate. PERFECT for families traveling to nearby attractions. Everything you need to get your day started off right without having to leave the property. Walkable options for dining off property. Staff appeared to enjoy the energy, not overwhelmed by the morning hustle and bustle. Would recommend business travelers avoid if kids, minivans and sugar fueled/ theme park combustible joy is not your vibe.
