We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt House Orlando International Drive! Traveling with our dog was easy and comfortable, as the hotel is pet-friendly and welcoming. Our suite was spacious and perfect for a family or group. It included a living room and two bedrooms—one with two queen beds and the other with a king bed. Each bedroom had its own TV and bathroom, which made the stay extra convenient. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, allowing us to prepare meals when we wanted. We stayed on the 8th floor, and the view was beautiful. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety, and having parking included in the price was another big plus. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, stylish, and pet-friendly—it checked all the boxes. We would love to come back

I will have to say, the Morning Kitchen staff, by far top notch. Great attitude, very friendly, and very very attentive. Between the kitchen staff, the great room with no complaints on room, other than wish there was a chair in the master bedroom, and great staff to include the front desk and bar. Room service I would have to say 3 stars for room service, seemed they weren't using the vacuum, nor restrooms seemed not to be cleaned very often. but as for room service that was only complaints. Everything else top top top notch. Thank you for making my families trip a memorable one and looking forward to rebooking future trips with you all.

Enjoyed this hotel much more than DoubleTree by Hilton outside Universal Studios. Far more modern, nicer rooms, we even had a fridge and kitchen facilities. Bathrooms were clean in the room, but lobby ones needed cleaning. Only thing - they could have provided hand soap at the kitchen sink. We asked for it and was told we cannot have this which seems strange. But overall a good experience and very convenient location.

The manager stated that they will charge a $20.00 dollar per a night for parking. Starting December 01 2025. The parking is not under a roof and doesn’t have security guard.
