Great value, beautiful hotel, great breakfast! The rooms are big and clean, the hotel is less than 15 minutes from Disney and within walking distance from shops and restaurants. I would 100% recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed staying at this property for many reasons! First, it’s a great value. The room was spacious, had all the comforts of home with the kitchen and BBQ grill for cooking. The bathroom was a great size and shower was perfect for oversized adults. The pull out couch was also incredibly cozy. I should also mention the ac was cold!!! Yay! Free breakfast was good, lots of options but didn’t vary much. We loved that there was plenty of eating options all around up across the street! Super convenient location to both Disney and Universal Parks. We used Lyft services so we can’t comment on the free shuttle service. We would definitely stay there again. Oh, and all the elevators work and work efficiently. That was something we noticed right away. That can be super annoying not to have working elevators.

the staff was okay, however there was no water pressure, we had to ask for our washcloths,then water was shut off from 145pm, until 4am..then the water was cold water to shower with...we left a day earlier than what I paid for...won't stay at another Hilton.

Great Hotel

Bed was comfortable, hotel was very clean, A/C worked like a champion, nice hot shower with great water pressure, amazing breakfast everyday, and friendly staff. There is a $20 plus tax a day for parking that most reviews tell you about. There is also an unexpected $125 hold for incidentals that was not listed but immediately put back on your card when checking out. Only negative was the day we left. Out last night there they shut the water off between 1145pm and 4am and didn’t have hot water at 5:15 in the morning so we took cold showers. Called the front and they had hot water back on as we were walking out the door at 545am. Over all this was a great stay for my family. Only took us 15 minutes to get to each Disney parks. This hotel is in a safe are with great food choices near by. The pool is very big but it does close if it rains.
