As a platinum member no perks

We booked a room in Orlando for fright nights. We then needed a second room because our son was bringing a friend. The price went up and that is to be expected, but they also required a two nights stay. As a platinum member hotels are usually very good at working with us Either offering a refund or accommodating us through hotels.com. I understand the policy, but it is the ability to find a workaround solution that makes people want to work with certain companies. They were unwilling and we had to get another hotel that had two rooms for one night, without a two night minimum and so, I lost my money. This is what happens when companies stick to a policy without trying to accommodate a platinum member.

The hotel was nice, clean, great location to parks and shops. My family and I enjoyed the stay. Easy checkin, friendly staff. Adding gloves for serving spoons during breakfast would have been great. Also, having flavored creamer choices for coffee would have made it more tasteful. Ofher than this we enjoyed it

Toilet got clogged, overflowed and whole bathroom was flooded. No one answered the phone when I called for help. Went downstairs to lobby and the receptionist wasn’t there. 15 minutes later she came out and said there was no housekeeping and not maintenance available. She gave extra towels so I can clean the mess. Would not recommend

Earl was fantastic and provided us with lots of information about getting around. He was such a friendly face to see each day. FREE breakfast was a great! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, hot oatmeal, fruit, etc. There's a 7-11 on the corner if you need anything else though. Easy walk over to Dockside buses thru the employee parking area of the resort which was perfectly safe and well lit. They clean every other day or you can ask for a restock of anything at anytime.
