The airport transportation provided by William was excellent, as was the condition of the room and the breakfast buffet.

To be fair, the staff was great. No fault of theirs, but the power was out and they could not help anyone. I could not check in, people with digital keys with dead phones could not access their rooms. The property needs to have a back up plan for a coud based system with power outages.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were professional and pleasant. We did have to wait over an hour for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel although we called several times. But the shuttle from the hotel to the airport at 4am was timely and efficient.
