Utterly disgusting. Online pictures DID NOT match the hotel in actual life. Checked in and went to the room... we did not even put our bags down as the whole room was crawling with roaches, bedbugs, and other small beetles. There were hundreds crawing in the room and bathroom. We took pictures and went back to the front desk. Two employees said they did not have the authority to give us a refund, but that the general managers does and would be there at 7am the next morning. We stayed in our car that night at the hotel grounds. The next morning the GM said she didn't have the authority to issue a refund, either, but that she would put a request in the computer. Since she was asking me about contact info and what exactly the complaint was, then said, "there, I have it", I asked for a confirmation email of the refund request. She said she hadn't put in the request yet because she had to go to her office to fill out a "stack of papers" to request it. She was emotional, loud, and unprofessional. I asked her to lower her voice as she had a dozen people 8' feet away having breakfast. She told me I was ruining her business. I told her I was keeping my voice low so that the other "guests" souldn't be able to hear my complaint, but if she would like, I could match her volume. Mind you, the whole lobby/breakfast area stunk of sewer as the manager said the lobby bathrooms flooded. She then said that she'll get to my refund request at some point that week. They should not be licensed.
