2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I can't even start on how bad this place is, they deserve --10 rating, that's how bad they are, first of all, only 1 towel in a studio room with 5 people, dirty and cockroaches all over the place, supposedly it is a non-smoking facility, but the smell of Marijuana as you walk into the place is very strong, the room is very dirty and, it smells that you can't even sleep, the sofa bed is old, like eaten by rats, and no sheets, there is a refrigerator and they left 3 slides of pizza and other food in a bag, so the cleaning person doesn't do her job either, they advertised a continental breakfast on their website, but what they offer is a coffee and muffin, but by that point you are crazy if you eat or drink anything in this place, I don't recommend this place to anyone, the only reason we stayed was because it was only one night and we didn't feel like arguing with people or trying to get reimbursed and trying to find something else at that time wasn't worthy, so I rather write this review and move on. No good at all, crazy place, very bad.

My experience at this property was not good at all. It was very old and poorly maintained, with cockroaches, dirt, and a smell of cigarette smoke throughout the entire building. On top of that, I had trouble with the apartment I had selected; I had to switch units three times before they finally put me in the layout I had chosen. I do not recommend it!
