We booked 3 nights from December 25 to 28 to spend Christmas with family. We know it’s a low-cost hotel, but they don’t offer even the basics: cleanliness, hygiene, or respect for guests.
At check-in, we were told there were no clean rooms due to the holiday and no housekeeping staff available. The first room they gave us was dirty and smelled awful. We had to return to the front desk with our luggage to get a new room, which was “a little better,” but still smelled like humidity and poor maintenance.
The hallways and carpet floors are extremely dirty, and the entire hotel smells like old accumulated filth.
Our reservation clearly stated continental breakfast included, but it never existed. They only offered:
A little coffee,
1 muffin,
and sometimes an energy bar,
in very limited quantities, never restocked, and you had to ask for it like you were begging for a favor. That is NOT a continental breakfast, it’s the bare minimum to “check a box on paper.”
The photos online do NOT match reality at all. They are completely misleading. This is false advertising and disrespectful to guests.
Other issues:
The bed was not a real king-size, much smaller than expected.
The sofa bed had a horrible mattress, you could feel every spring. We requested a replacement and they never did it.
The shower didn’t close and dripped 24/7, making sleep very uncomfortable.
And worst of all: cockroaches in the hallway and inside the room.
