This experience in one word: stingy. Everything feels like an extra pay service and, even when I paid for all those extra services in cash, I still got an unexplained 20 something dollar charge on my credit card. I can’t imagine why, considering that I paid for everything in advance by Expedia and in cash. The toilet wobbled and the restroom smelled like raw sewage, likely related. I didn’t ask for a different room because I’d already brought all my stuff upstairs following a key card room assignment issue that had me going up and down the elevators several times and it would’ve been a hassle at that point. I didn’t call for a repair since I’d mostly be out and about anyway. I don’t mind the fact that you have to use the key card in order to get power to the room but that’s the most reasonable example of cost savings at this hotel. Everything else about the experience feels like corner cutting. The overall aesthetic feels upscale until you scratch the surface. Everybody was as friendly as you could expect. Front desk was upbeat and sympathetic. I got a deal so I took a chance here. For what this hotel charges normally, I’d stay at a Holiday Inn or Candlewood Suites instead.

We didn’t eat there since we was visiting family and we headed to the port. We used Black Clover Transportation. Great service also they took us to the port and brought us back to MCO. It was perfect. They stay and transportation. I recommend 100 BLACK CLOVER TRANSPORTATION
