This was my second time staying and this time I brought my family! We had an exceptional time! The staff again were amazing the rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone felt right at home! The only problem I had was that I had paid for my room in full which was at the request of the staff but a few days later I had a big charge on my account not once but twice for $260.23 which I went and asked the staff and they told me it was a security deposit and I said no you charged me $100 for the security deposit and they said no that the rates went up and I was never told that so renters beware that you will be charged $260.23 everyday that you stay without being told! Other than me paying $5520.46 security deposit fee that I have not received back it’s a nice place to stay!

Check-in went smoothly, though there was a brief sales pitch when the front desk directed us to a different line to receive the parking pass. Since I knew this was a timeshare resort, I expected at some point they would offer a presentation. The one-bedroom unit was smaller than I expected compared to other timeshare units I’ve stayed in. That said, the room was clean, and the common areas (pool and hot tub) were very well maintained. The unit has older dark wood cabinets, and the lighting and outlets are dated—there are no USB ports. There wasn’t any house keeping which wasn’t a problem since we had plenty of towels and only stayed 4 nights Overall, I would stay here again. The location is very convenient and close to everything.

Bathtub was very slippery, we almost fell in it. Carpets are very old and felt quite bad, this needs to be replaced soon. Kitchen was well stocked and property had adequate parking. Wish the shower had some pressure in it, water was trickling down. Room service never happened in the 3days we stayed there, we were told it happens upon a request only.

The rooms are great, staff friendly. Distance to parks awesome. Pool was a little rowdy with kids screeching at 10 pm and ppl leaving their children unattended while they drank at the bar but that’s a parenting issue. Also just stay away from the convenience store on premises they price gouge you horribly.

It was our first time at this hotel, and we loved it. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, as were the surrounding areas. There were great areas for the kids to play, and we loved the activities program. The location was also excellent, with Walgreens, Dollar Tree, restaurants, and stores like Ross, Burlington, and Five Below all very close. Disney Springs and the Disney parks are also quite nearby. I will definitely be back.

Property was clean and spacious with good facilities, pools, mini golf, pretty garden, barbecue areas and use of pickle ball courts from sister property Cypress Pointe, which was probably the better property. However, Grand Villas and stairways were looking tired. The villas were quite dark inside. We had a 1 bedroom with a large bathroom, but the kitchen area was dark - no window and it could be noisy at times, especially with people closing doors.
