Communication before the trip was excellent and we felt confident going into our stay. We prepaid for pool heat and even confirmed the week of our arrival that it would be turned on.Unfortunately, when we arrived, the pool was cold. We reached out right away and were told it had been turned on and just needed time to warm up. The next morning, the pool technician came by and let us know the heater was actually off. After following up again, the property manager responded within an hour and confirmed that there would be no pool heat for our stay. They did refund the pool heat fee promptly.While I appreciate the quick communication and refund for the heat itself, the heated pool was the main reason we chose this property. Without it, the experience didn’t match what we booked, and it significantly impacted our trip. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
