Stay on 65 private acres of rolling Wisconsin countryside, 11 miles from downtown Madison and 1.5 miles to Paoli. The 5,700 sq ft home sleeps 14 in 5 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. Soak in the 7-person hot tub, warm up in the sauna and swim in the seasonal outdoor pool. Cook in the updated kitchen with a Wolf gas range, then play arcade games and ping pong in the game room. Friendly pet goats and chickens live on the property. Made for family reunions, getaways and retreats.

- Cameras and monitors: 7 exterior security cameras cover the entire exterior of the home, including the pool and hot tub area. Noise decibel monitors are on the property.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. We have neighbors, so please keep noise down.
- Pool and hot tub hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult. No glass, no diving. Please cover the pool and hot tub after use. The pool is seasonal, so message us for current pool dates.
- Maximum 14 guests. No parties or events without prior permission. Small gatherings must be approved in advance.
- No smoking or vaping of any kind inside. Smoking is allowed outside only, using the ashtrays provided.
- No pets unless agreed in advance. Service animals are always welcome.
- Pet goats and chickens live on the property.
- This is a rural property, so you'll need a car to get around.

Nice location for family gathering

Perfect location for a family get together. Away from the hustle bustle, but close enough to restaurants and stores. House is clean, spacious and the pool is well maintained.

In theory, this is a fantastic place to stay. Wonderful property, great amenities, private location. The issue is in the condition of the house itself. One of the first things that greeted us was 4 overflowing trash bins outside, ransacked by animals. Walking inside we immediately found that the house had many things that are half finished. Trim work missing, paint incomplete and hazardous problems all over (sliding screen doors coming off the tracks, door handles falling off, electrical wires hanging loose under the deck). The overall cleanliness of the home was mediocre at best. Scuffs/smudges on walls everywhere, random bath mats on the couch upon arrival and no towels in any of the bathrooms - found them all in a closet upstairs. The pool drained overnight to the point that we had to message someone to come address it, because the pump wouldn’t stop running. The pool toys were scattered around with grass growing between, bird poop covering all the chairs and home siding in a pile below the deck. Additionally, we were not sent check in or check out instructions. I had to send a message requesting both. Another requesting WiFi info. Net net, this place has potential, and would warrant the money. But it’s not there yet and needs to be cleaned up/finished properly. I would not recommend spending the nightly rate for this house and instead, look at alternative options. It really felt like this is someone’s primary home, not set up as a rental property.
