Very nice, comfortable place.

Friendly staff. Loved the bathroom, especially the shower. It was squeaky clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The complimentary Pharmacopia Black Tea and Fig body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion shows that the company is thoughtful of their guests. They smelled amazing too and not drying to skin and hair. My only is that I wish the hotel wasn't so drafty. The hallway was very chilly. My room was chilly as well upon arrival. This is Winsconsin so it would be nice to have some heat running. Once I got the heater going it got better.

My go-to Madison getaway!

My wife and I came for a couples weekend. The room was amazing and the staff were all friendly and inviting. It was refreshing to have been greeted with welcome from all the staff. A truly great weekend experience!

Beautiful hotel in a great location to explore downtown. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is that the room is small and the restaurant staff was rude plus took forever for breakfast. You are also forced to pay for charged valet parking if you bring a vehicle.

Property was nice rooms were great biggest drawback. They only have one working elevator. The weekend held a few weddings so going up and down from your room or back to your room was treacherous. Besides that the staff was amazing valet staff was kind and quick
