Due to severe weather we were not able to make it to the hotel. We called to cancel and request a refund and we were declined. Revenue was more important than customer safety. Very disappointed with both the hotel and ORBITZ!!

Fresh food. Clean room and area but the building needs budget support for an upgrade. The decoration is not comparable for the same level of hotel, such as Laquinta, holiday inn, etc.

When booking online, the site said the dog fee was $20 per night, but the hotel staff claimed it was $30. Also we picked it because of the pool, but when we arrived the pool was closed down. They said they couldn't give us a discount as we had booked online through a third party, I suggested a discount could have come in the form of a lower rate for the dog. We didn't receive a response

The room was clean and the staff were fine. There was no pool available, my television was out of order every day, the toilet ran almost constantly and the shower head needed replacement or a good cleaning. I spoke to two people at the front desk regarding the problems. I asked for some adjustment on the room charges and was told nothing could be done since I used Expedia. I have stayed at this hotel previously and all was fine. This was an unfortunate stay, this time.
