None of the amenities ofered on the website were available..no pool no vending or ice no in house restaurant back door was not secure so anyone can just stroll in. The rugs and walls were filthy

0 stars. Would not recommend at all. There were roaches in the room, the carpet has never been cleaned it was sticky and black. We stayed for 3 days and the room was not cleaned once. We needed towels and toilet paper, we had to go all the way downstairs to get it. Everything was very dirty. There was no shampoo or conditioner or body wash. The television had half of the channels frozen. Was a terrinle experience. The room was disgusting.

Even for the bargain price we prepaid, we decided not to stay the night. The parking lot is not well-lit, has huge potholes, and what seem to be abandoned cars. Upon arrival, we were greeted with printed out signs all over the reception area warning us of things like there are no working telephones in the rooms. When we found our room, the door was propped open with one of the locks, which we found disconcerting. There was not one towel in the bathroom, not even one to dry our hands after washing them. It appeared as though there used to be a mirror on the back of the bathroom door, but it had been ripped off the door. The bathroom door did not open from inside the bathroom, so I got stuck in the bathroom a couple of times. There were no basic amenities, like an iron & ironing board. This is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone.

We stayed a total of an hour after checking in. Our room was filthy. Floors had garbage on them. Pillow cases and curtains were dirty. The corners of the carpet had dirt build up. The tub was filthy. The lobby was dark and not welcoming . Nothing was availabke that was offered on the app.They had no phones avaliable in the room.The pictures on the app and what is actually going on at this hotel are very deceiving. It's a run down establishment. I do not recommend.

Place was dirty smelled didn't take a shower was scared to step in the bathtub back door unlocked anyone could walk in the building good thing was a good neighborhood. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy
