Clean room with comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Convenient complimentary breakfast. Ample free parking. Right off of the NY State Thruway in Nanuet/Spring Valley, makes it convenient for access to outer NYC suburbs, including Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange counties.

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone unless it’s your last resort. We had dirty linens. Smelled like weed. The quote we got was not what I paid.Someone was fighting in the room next to us. Toilets kept running. Just Runned down!! Oh no phones in the room. If we had an emergency we wouldn’t be able to get help from the hotel unless we used our cellphone. Nothing really for Breakfast except a waffle! Overall just horrible

The stay was great and the inside was clean and modern. The only problem was that I saw a single cockroach crawling on the dresser so it might be a good idea not to put your clothes in there. The staff was friendly and I was satisfied with the included breakfast.

Hotel was ok for a night, no Yes channel, no Fox news channel, watched rerun of Wizard of Oz. My bed had a bright red blood stain on top left side of bottom sheet, found it when getting into bed. Didn't want to change rooms, put a towel over it and slept on the other side. Pic included.

This was a terrible experience. The hallways were filled with cigarette and marijuana smoke. The chair in the room had cigarette burns on it. We had to stuff a towel under the door to keep the smoke out of our room. The front desk laughed when we complained. STAY AWAY!!!

Disgusting. Hotel needs major renovations. Bed is as hard as a NYC park bench. Construction was going on outside of our building at 7am daily, we were not informed there would be Construction. Towels were not clean at all.

The washer and dryer does not work properly and frequently goes out of service. After washing is done I had to fill the wet cloths in the bag and go out to a laundomate for a wash again. Staf did not help in that they just asked me to go out and get it done.
