The employees were friendly, breakfast was great in the mornings, and hotel room was clean. We stayed two nights. The first night, the room next to ours had an argument at 2 am and woke everyone up. The second night, there was a large dog barking.

Frequently there was no one manning the front desk. The room was great, but the bathroom was way too cramped and tiny. Your knees hit the door while you’re on the toilet, very uncomfortable.

The property is nice and convenient to White Plains. The layout of the hotel is not conventional because it is built into a hill,but this was fine and the look and feel of the hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. My only difficulty with the hotel is that the breakfast bar had lower grade foods, such as paper thin bacon and eggs that did not appear to be real eggs. Just up your game in this area and the hotel would move to the next level.

We booked this hotel as it’s conveniently located to Sleepy Hollow and had a pool for the kids. The pool has odd hours of 2pm-10pm, and the pool area was filthy. The rooms are decent if you aren’t staying in them for long periods of time. Breakfast is included and there is a dunkin nearby. Would likely find other accommodations in the future.

Room was dated but clean. A few broken items in the room. Housekeeping checked on us everyday but before 9 am even on checkout day. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside besides the few broken items was our hallway (and only ours) reeked of weed the entire 3 days.
