The room was spotless along with the rest of the facility, very impressed. The front staff was efficient and professional, but far from friendly. Never a smile or a hello, just did their work well. I had a mis-understanding with a room and they accommodated quickly. Breakfast was basic but OK.

Got billed twice. I prepaid through Expedia. Then on site got charged again. Not until the check out, I was told that it was prepaid and I asked reverse the extra payment. The breakfast is modest. The corridors smelled like someone was smoking weed. The fitness equipment do not work. The management needs to work on these. However, the location is convenient and ample parking.

The property was rated at 8.8 out lf 10 on Exoedia. Well it is not even close. The room lacked a safe to keep our valuables. Tve carpet was not clean. The caroets in the hallway was not clean either and it smelly. The hallway was smwlling weed on multiple oc asions. The cleaners left our room unlocked with their cleaning equipment inside and our luggage. Also, tbe tredmils in the fitness center were nlt working and when called the maintanece he came and said he wilm go and fix it but did not come back.
