I asked them to fix the bathroom sink, it was clogged. I was told they would be working on it once the could go into the adjacent room as it was also clogged, but where waiting as there was a baby sleeping. They did not contact me further so when i came back 8 hours later i found a complete mess.They ended up tearing the pipe out and leaving a massive mess. Everytime I tried to find a manager they were nowhere to be found. Exceptionally horrible.

The room smelled really bad upon arrival!!! The heater smelled horrible after turning it on. So we turned it off and were super cold ALL NIGHT!! The hot water handle in the sink totally can’t off Worst experience since staying there for years!! Very disappointed!!

The room was a little dates but mostly clean. Service was great and very friendly when we asked for additional bedding. Unfortunately our room had trouble with hot water, our AC occasionally screeched for no apparent reason, and our tv randomly turned itself on such that we had to unplug it. Its a perfectly fine stay with a cute history and style.

The tv would turn off and on every 10-15min very annoying especially in the middle of the night. Very small fridge. The drawers smelled weird and sheets still looked a bit dirty.

The room was just right. I was disturbed by the urine smell throughout the surrounding area outside of the property leading into our room. The carpet is rundown so that also didn’t sit well with me. The pool area is set up really nice, we enjoyed the space and having it to ourselves! I would definitely recommend as it is walking distance to the parks. Thank you Anaheim Hotel!!!

Room was a little old feeling, some areas were even kind of dirty like the grout in the tile in the bathroom. Water was off when we first got to our room… next morning I used the shower, waited for it to heat up then as soon as I got in, boom cold water. Worst shower ever. Nothing I did got the hot water back on. Thankfully we only stayed one night so I didn’t have to worry about that happening again. Book with caution - I believe disney influencers get paid to hype this place up. I will still list some positives though - staff were kind, quiet rooms, walking distance to Disneyland.
