Property was in a good location. There was a mix of traveling families and sketchy guests, but the sketchy guests kept to themselves. The only thing was they would a little loud at night. Overall comfortable enough and would book again

Had some issues with plumbing, it’s clean. Staff was nice! My daughter did see a man peeing out side his motel room so that was nice. Air conditioning got really cold so that’s a plus, close to Knott’s which is why we booked the room.

Room was clean and staff will clean if you request cleaning but the pool was disgusting and closed by the health department 4/5 days of our stay then the last day it opened when we were leaving as it has been cleaned over a couple days.. staff was great and rates were very reasonable but there were a couple of people that appeared to be living there and staring whenever we left property but all is expected of such an affordable place I guess..
