We love the closeness of this property to Disney. However, it is extremely outdated and the rooms were extremely cramped and small. The price was good for what we got.

Our stay was overall great, and I love how close we were to Disneyland. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was the carpet in the room. It just didn’t seem clean but I think it is just outdated and maybe needs to be replaced.

The staff were so very kind and helpful with anything we needed. Only downfall is the doors to the rooms got a bit sticky sometimes so it made it hard to open.

We were on the 4th floor in building 4, one elevator in the building did not function at all, and the other one was next to impossible to get it to go to the fourth floor due to the buttons, not working properly. This was brought to the attention of the staff, and there were no changes in the six days we were there. Our keys also stopped working multiple times.

We stayed for a week at the hotel. Our room was frequently missed or service was incomplete in terms of emptying the garbage and leaving clean towels. We had to repeatedly get new keys for our door as the previous ones quit working. We enjoyed using the pool and spa.

We enjoyed our stay, and thought the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and polite! It was a quick 15 minute walk over to Disney and felt completely safe the entire time. The food options available were pretty solid, even though convenience store pricing was quite high they did have a lot of good last minute items if needed. The property itself was a bit outdated, the lobby and dinning areas received what seemed like a recent update. However, the rooms don’t appear to of been touched for quite a while. Overall, if you are looking to stay within walking distance to Disney, and don’t mind a bit of an outdated room we would recommend staying here.

I wish I had been staying longer so I could have made use of more of the property, although my view was of the parking structure the room was specious and met my needs and it was walkable to the parks.

Perfect getaway. Close to Disneyland-walkable, no concerns with walking late night coming back from the park. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff pleasant - special mention to Brittany from Front Office who went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy guest. Brittany is an asset to the Hotel Team with her professional, chirpy and friendly demeanour. This was a repeat visit for me staying at the hotel while visiting Disneyland and I can certainly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking close accommodation to Disneyland.

The property was clean and the staff friendly. But I booked through Expedia and breakfast and lower parking fees were quoted but the Holiday Inn would not honor it. I had to pay for breakfast and the High nightly parking fee.
