Breakfast was amazing and we love the breakfast staff. So welcoming and nice. The desk staff is a whole different situation on that. Literally forgot the key in our room when we went to breakfast and dude at the desk was like I can’t give you a key without identification. Ok well it’s in the room with everything else. I just can’t with the front desk at times. The suite with kitchen was spacious but the walls were all dirty, the window pulley and panels were broken, and the fridge leaked. Definitely need upgrades in the room along with the balcony needs to be cleaned meaning spider webs ect!

We loved staying at the Desert Palms! The proximity to Disney cannot be beat! It only took us 10 minutes to walk to Disney! We felt very safe leaving our car in the hotel parking lot. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beds were super comfortable! Every night we fell asleep quickly after returning from a long day at the park! We will stay here every time we visit Disney! Thank you Desert Palms for such an enjoyable stay!

Staff was very helpful especially with getting us another room as the room they gave us had a leak in it from the ceiling. But that being said, it was still pretty icky being in a hotel with water leaking from the ceiling and buckets out in the hallway to catch drips. Needs some maintenance. Rooms were a little small for our needs but we got a slightly bigger room when we were reassigned. Breakfast options were great.

Our first night was horrible. We arrived at 4am tired and ready to rest but there was a humming sound in the room that never stopped. The sheets were very wrinkled so it made doubt about them being clean. But we were so tired so we had to go sleep. At 6am the door slamming noise started. I asked to be moved to a different room. They did and we had a better night the following day. This time the sheets were looking good. The only thingdidn’t work was the TV remote. The distance is good from Disneyland.
