Perfect for a family get away!

My grandsons love staying here when we go to Disneyland because of the large family suites which enables us to stay together. They also love watching the fireworks from our room. This visit we actually visited the pool which they loved as well!

Family drove from Northern California and arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM. We had checked in, but went straight to Disneyland without going to the room as we didn’t want to miss the shuttle. Upon finally arriving to our room, at about 11:30-12:00 at night we were shocked by the confusion of the room. Dark,limited lighting, musky. But upon closure expecting there was dark mold built up in the bathroom walls. Be late with tired kids I had decided to request a different room the next morning. Along with a shower drain that didn’t drain…. But once we had finally got into bed, the sheets were moist and cold, thinking they will warm up once we get in, but no they were actually moist from the humidity from the AC. This AC had a water dropping sound all night keep ing us up.the following morning I brought this up to the front desk manager who did offer us a new room in the main building. Stating I should had said something that night so we didn’t be bothered…I told him that’s too late at night to deal with that. But he said he will bring this up to engineering to be fixed. Also he stated next time I should book rooms in the main building as they are better and updated.. but that doesn’t explain the point of mold, noisy AC and moist cold sheets.. Yes, the new room was much better. But the inconvenience of having to gather our stuff and children to make a room move to the main building took time out of our day at Disneyland. Unfortunately, we won’t return.

This is generally our go to hotel when we are in the area for Disney trips. Usually we are more than pleased and impressed with the property. Sadly on this trip, we were a bit disappointed in the condition of the tower we stayed in. It was a bit run down and old feeling. Lots of dark corners and chipped paint but still clean. We will more than likely start here again because we love the staff and location and the other towers/rooms are top notch

The hotel was so fun and vibrant. Dressed up for the spooky season and Disney splendor. It was fun just to walk around the hotel. The food was better in the little cafe than it was in the actual restaurant.

The hotel staff and the shuttle staff are really amazing. The hotel is very clean and very cute. The rooms needs some updating and some TLC. We’ve stayed here before and I will likely stay here again because of the convenience to Disneyland Parks and easy use of the shuttle.

I loved the castle look of the hotel. The rooms were big, comfortable beds. The interior courtyards were nice and relaxing with the ducks and koi pond. The pool was great. Grandson loved it.

Rooms need major TLC

Everytime I say we will not be staying here again but then they drop the price and i decide to give it another chance. But this time, we will not be coming back. The furniture is so old and full of dust. The bathroom needs a huge upgrade. Theres black around the tub probably just from age. We found two huge spiders on seperate days. One next to the toilet the other one crawling up the bed. They were able to switch us room but it was a hassle. They dont vaccum under bed or between bed and side table it was so dusty. And the outlets are so lose we would plug in our phones and it would fall out. This hotel definitely needs a big makeover. The great thing was the restaurant- good food and large portions and the breakfast burrito at the cafe.

This place is definitely old some parts do smell! But honestly, the free shuttle service is awesome and you can’t beat the location and the price! And the staff was really awesome as well!
