Room size was great, we had a view of the fireworks. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent blackout drapes. We like the Halloween decorations in the gardens. Staff at front desk are very nice and helpful.. Special call out to Adam for being especially kind, courteous and helpful.

The room was clean, but everything is outdated. The whole hotel had a smell of sewage. The only really good thing about the hotel was the fact that there was a shuttle to the park. Everything was so overpriced in the snack shop. Floors were sticky in the bathroom. All in all, the best benefit was just saving a little on parking.

We stayed three nights on a trip to Disneyland. The shuttle to and from the park was awesome. I will come back for that purpose alone. The room was large and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom area was small but fine for two people. The castle theme throughout the hotel was really fun. The pool area is amazing. We watched the fireworks while sitting in the hot tub. Such a great place to stay!

The good: proximity to Disney. Pool/hot tub was the highlight of our stay here. Unfortunately the rest was low-lights. The bad: service is very poor across the board. Front desk staff were so unhelpful and long waits for everything. The room wasn’t so clean and they do not provide room service/cleaning during the stay. Restaurant staff not much better, recommend meeting elsewhere. Beds and particularly cot were very uncomfortable. They do not provide easily accessible water for filling water bottles. Parking is a nightmare and expensive. The bottom line: we would not stay here again.
