Important Information:
Parking passes are $50 each (subject to change by the HOA). One pass is included with your reservation; a second may be purchased if needed (two passes max).

Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties.

To secure your reservation, a valid ID, selfie verification, and a signed rental agreement are required.

Cancellation Policy:
A 25% deposit is due at booking and applied toward the total. Final payment is due:
• 60 days prior for condos
• 90 days prior for houses
• 180 days prior for stays longer than 13 nights

Cancellations must be made within these same timeframes to receive a deposit refund. The $99 reservation fee is non-refundable, and a $100 cancellation fee applies. If cancellation occurs outside the allowed window, refunds depend on rebooking of the unit.
