The master bedroom features a king-size bed, Gulf views, and a full-size desk with a rolling office chair - so if you need to steal a few hours of work, you'll do it with one of the better offices on the Gulf Coast.
The first guest room has a king-size bed. The second guest room has a queen-size bed plus a premium rollaway twin - for an ideal sleeping capacity of six but a true total sleeping capacity of seven.
All three bedrooms and both bathrooms are stocked with hotel-quality linens which are 100% fresh for every stay. Everything is laundered between guests - there are no reused comforters or shams.
The master bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower. The second bathroom has a tiled tub-shower combo.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well-equipped for guests who love to cook - quality cookware, utensils, and everything you need to prepare a full meal. Both a Keurig single-cup coffee maker and a 12-cup drip machine are on hand for however your morning starts.
PACK LIGHT
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on Shoalwater's private beach through Alabama Beach Chairs (March 1–October 31, weather dependent), AND one set of two chairs and an umbrella is included with your stay. You'll also find six beach towels and two Igloo Playmate coolers in the laundry area, ready to go.
SHOALWATER
Shoalwater Condominium is a 12-floor, 72-unit building, and because many units are owner-occupied rather than rented, the property stays refreshingly uncrowded. Outside of a handful of peak holidays (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day), you'll typically find the pools and beach far less hectic than neighboring properties.
Building amenities include an outdoor Gulf-front pool and kiddie pool, an indoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna, fitness center, tennis court, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. Unit 805 has easy access to all of them.
