The Palms 504 is a wonderful three bedroom condo located on the white sands of Orange Beach. Enjoy this large corner condo with plenty of room for your entire family! The well-equipped kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and utensils ready to whip up a wonderful seafood dish. Enjoy your meal at the dining table that comfortably seats six. The spacious and comfortable living room has lots of natural light flowing in from the floor to ceiling windows. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The show stopper of this unit is the large wrap-around private balcony overlooking the turquoise water. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves breaking or viewing that Alabama sunset – a memory you'll savor forever from your vacation at The Palms 504!

Take advantage of all the amenities that the Palms Condominium has to offer including an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, exercise room, sauna and grilling area. This beachfront condo is a corner end unit with a wraparound private balcony that has a full view of beautiful sunsets.

The Palms is located in the heart of Orange Beach. A short drive to many favorite restaurants including Louisiana Lagniappe, Fresh Off the Boat, and The Gulf. Take the kids over to Sweet Cone or City Donuts, right down the road. Plenty of adventure as well with fishing charters, dolphin cruises, biking, Waterville USA, mini golf, and much more. Just 6 miles east is the world famous Flora-Bama Beach Bar.

No parking of trailers, RVs or watercraft allowed onsite.
The Palms does require parking passes, limits two per unit and charges $53 per pass. The will be left on the kitchen counter.

Great family getaway

A very clean, well stocked place to stay for our family vacation. Access to the beach and the pool were easy. We had a great time and will not hesitate tostay again.

We were very pleased when we arrived. Having the lights on when we walked in was extremely inviting. The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins play in the morning. The weather was a bit overcast so we really enjoyed having a heated pool. Access to the beach was so very easy although we never did see where the code was listed to re-enter the complex from the beach or outdoor pool. The kitchen was very well stocked and immaculate and having a regular coffee pot and a keurig was appreciated. We loved having a large fridge and the ice maker kept up with our ice requirements, a luxury for sure. We never did find the outdoor grills but we managed without. We all agreed this condo would be a future favorite.
