Welcome to this stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located in the beautiful Olympic Valley, CA walking distance to the Village and across from the old Stables. This spacious home offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy.

Park in the flat driveway or in the two car garage and enter the house through the garage. There is a mud room just inside to store all your outdoor gear along with a boot dryer for all your wet ski boots. Go up a half flight of stairs to find the first three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Pass through the queen bedroom or the bedroom with the two twin beds to find the outside, covered hot tub area. The hot tub is new in 2024 and perfect way to warm up after a cold day on the slopes.

From the bedroom level and up a half flight of stairs, you'll find the lower family room complete with pool table, books and additional spaces to lounge around and unwind. Step down into a small room with a soft, squishy floor, perfect for a kids sleepover or for watching movies. This room has the large beautiful circular window you see in the photos. Off this level is the 4th bedroom with the two sets of twin bunk beds and the laundry room.

Climb one more half flight of stairs to reach the upper level, where the heart of the home awaits. This expansive main area boasts a stunning open floor plan with various cozy sitting nooks, a grand central fireplace, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a deck offering breathtaking views of Palisades Tahoe. Bathed in natural light, this space is perfect for relaxing, cooking up a feast, and making lasting memories with family and friends.

PROPERTY NOTES
* The large central fireplace on the main floor is a wood burning fireplace and will require you to start a fire, safely supervise and extinguish the fire. If your not comfortable with it, we don't recommend having a fire. Firewood will be provided. Please do not burn anything other than the provided firewood as a precaution against sparks. They use almond.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.
* This property is serviced by the Mountaineer Shuttle during the ski season. The Mountaineer Shuttle is free and can be scheduled to pick up and drop off from the house! Avoid those parking fees, reduce traffic and use the shuttle!
