"A nice 4 night stay at the Novotel.
Things that were good - room size , cleanliness . The amount of phone repair shops in Reading city centre - 22 !!! Mmm wonder why ???
The could have been better - the need to security check your room key in the lift was not working. There was no security check being done so anyone could have come into the hotel and got to any floor !
The hotel carpark - the spaces are so small, we were a cm off a pillar to get the car in. It is not suitable for modern big cars . We had to try 5 spaces before squeezing the car in.
Deffo go for a room at the back of the hotel and high floor due to the street noise ."
