I was attacked at this family resort by a man and his partner. I was then treated like a criminal even though I was the victim in the situation. Thus resort refused to refund me, my initial arrival date was August 31 and left September the 2nd before 10am. This was a lot of time wasted and a lot of trauma caused

A la carte restaurants grt filled really quickly. Was not able to dine at a few due to being booked quickly. Toilet qas not working,kettle took forever boil water, which i needed for my baby, iron didnt work well. Overall we enjoyed our stay i would advise stocking juice boxes for families traveling with young children in the minibar.

The food options were great, and staff was quick with drinks but not super friendly to all patrons. I also did not have any options to use the $654 resort credit that was offered with my booking. Every time I asked about booking it, it was told I couldn't use it for that (spa, gift shop, tours, etc.). Not sure what it can actually be spent on.

Unlike other all-inclusive resorts I’ve stayed this Riu Ocho Rios was truly all-inclusive from the virtually round-the-clock buffet to the bottles of rum and other adult beverages in the room to the bottle of champagne we ordered in the Italian dining room. Also unlike other all-inclusive resorts where the staff consistently has their hand out, this staff seemed uncomfortable if not offended when offered a tip. Would definitely stay again

The staff was top tier. When I say everyone was so welcoming I mean everyone. The food was amazing I honestly can’t think of one thing that wasn’t delicious. The live entertainment was so much fun and so many options in activities to do throughout the day. Will be back.

Had a really nice stay. Had the best massage with Marva.. had the cleanest room done by Shantel.. beach was beautiful , very clean and beautiful property. Decent food .. plenty to eat and drink.

Great property with spacious rooms, variety of dining options, relaxing beach and pool areas. Shout out to Sasha, the manager of the Italian Restaurant for helping to make my daughter’s sixteenth birthday extra special with attention to detail with celebration decorations and cake set up. Thank you Sasha!
