Toilet was not working elevator and common area very old rooms dated food was average not worth the price we paid we feel we paid way too much as 1600 us dollars for 2 night hotels offer way much better. The US $150 resort credit we could buy only one straw hat ( worth $10) from the gift shop and that also they collected tax and extra money. A TOTAL RIPOFF. We have traveled many places with Expedia we expect at least a $1000 refund or credit tonour expedia account

The hotel was mid level, the staff was acceptable & the constant pressure to sell to everyone more stays felt timeshare light. I did private excursions & hotel facilitated ones, all were fine. Food was1 star. It was limited and truly lacking. Reservations were accommodated and severe delays most nights with limited options. Poor quality- and the hotel didn’t care. Last time doing all inclusive.

This place was awesome!!! Great property, great service, great all inclusive activities like kayaking, min catamarans , paddle boarding, water tricycles, ect ect ect . Water slide a ton of pools. Dauphin enclosure u can play and swim with dolphins at on site .. u name it they have and not much of the activity’s cost extra except the dolphins and excursions of course.. 24 hr room service, bottles of booze in room as well as a stocked fridge. Food was amazing in all restaurants and beach stands . If you don’t book here your making a mistake if your paying anywhere near the same price elsewhere.

Nice beach and pools, beautiful resort area, comfortable room, good service. Food was mediocre but staff were knowledgeable and careful with food allergies. Really enjoyed the spa, which is very expensive if you pay cash but a good way to use up some resort credits. Check-in took hours as the room wasn’t ready and there was a separate step to “activate resort credits”, which was basically an attempt to get us to attend a sales presentation. The extra bed was not delivered until midnight, after multiple calls and walking to the front desk twice.

This hotel was beautiful. I love how friendly the staff members are. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was great. The oxtails are my favorite they just need to cook them to where they fall off the bone. Entertainment is limited but great. We need more karaoke on the weekends. Rooms were very clean

We got to the hotel on 24 December. It was busy, but the attendant took our bags and told us to go find our room. This is not what we expected. After a while we saw him coming behind us asking if we had located our room.

Everything was great except you would think that the hot pools/jacuzzi was really made for adults to relax and open their pores. Was warm for the kids to jump in and out, swim and play in making it dirty.. No room for adults and was definitely not hot enough. Really needed this to relax.The first time I went to Moon Palace it wasn't working....Now I give up

Had a good time at Moon Palace. The food was lovely, esp at Momo- Big up Shawn the Chef! My baby shark loved the kids club, giving us adults, peace of mind to enjoy some kid-free time. The room was spotless and bed extremely comfortable. Loved that the mini fridge was restocked everyday. Entertainment was good as well. Enjoyed the flow rider and the water sports. Highly recommend!
