The Strand location is lively and vibrant, with beach activity, volleyball, BBQs, and entertainment happening nearby. Inside, the home features 1 bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, plus a queen Murphy bed in the living room, along with 1 full bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The bedroom also includes a TV and a spacious walk-in closet, while the living room offers a 50-inch TV, games, and comfortable seating for relaxing after a day at the beach. The bright, fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for home-cooked meals. Please note that The Strand is a high-energy beach area with significant noise potential. A long-term guest may occasionally occupy the detached garage unit above, and a nearby walkway is shared access. The home also uses decibel monitoring and enforces quiet, no-party rules. Amenities include WiFi, washer/dryer, and a one-car garage (not suitable for larger vehicles) plus one additional parking space behind it, a small backyard with outdoor seating, and fans (no A/C). Every April and May, beach sand restoration takes place along The Strand. Beach access can be limited, views may be obstructed, and tractors will be there.
