The manager Shiv when I told him of the front desk guys pujlling items, yelling at me and cancelling my reservation said he would talk to him and get back to me. Nothing happened. Next time I’ll get an attorney!

This location is failing. All of my items were pulled from my room while I was at work one day even tho Expedia reservation was paid ahead as always several more days. Young guy at front desk yelled at me he didn’t recognize my name! Another example of his poor knowledge is that he challenges prepaid online thru Expedia debit card purchases with company name on card and cancels stay leaving me without a room elsewhere. No vacancies I had to sleep in my car! I have stayed here several years.
