Fabulous spot

We enjoyed staying at James' place and especially enjoyed the special touches! The location is wonderful and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony taking in the water. Everything was clean and linens being included made our trip even easier. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing Location with an Incredible View

An extremely clean property with tons of supplies that you don’t need to pack, including linens, towels, and beach chairs/towels/wagon. The location also couldn’t be beat - just a short 5 min walk to the beach and next door to Seacrets and other popular restaurants/bars. We will be sure to keep this place in mind for our next OC trip!

OC on the Bay

This was one of the best places we have stayed in. The condo was perfect and the furniture was comfortable, it just didn’t look nice in pictures. The location was perfect along with the views. We can’t wait to go back.
