Literally 25 steps to the beach is this Update but Original 1930's Sanddollar second floor condo #2. The space is great for gathering and can accommodate up
to 9 guest in the beds (additional porch bed is not included in this count & no AC is located on this porch) . Enjoy what Ocean City was built to be, but have the modern touches & Convenience of being just 3 units from the boardwalk. Park your car and be a beach bum for a little as all your worries fade with the sound of the ocean, and the sand beneath you toes. See the Ocean From the balcony, and feel the breeze!
