I saw a mouse run from underneath the bed. Then into a little hole in the corner by the bathroom. So not sanitary. Bathroom toilet ran for a long time after flushing the it. Didn’t get much sleep with that.In addition said they couldn’t honor a late check out, after I was late checking in late due to traffic. I will say the balcony/pool view/ocean view and access was good.

The view from our room was excellent and the amenities were great. However, the room and hallways were old and the carpets need renovation. They were discolore, faded and carried an odor. What I call a suite and what the room offered was also disappointing. It was one small room with a kitchenette. No real living room area. The "livng room" was by the bed. The attached restaurant seemed to be struggling financially. They were out of items on the menu such as glutee free items and others. There's a big gluten free sign on the wall when you walk by.

The indoor pool was murky all 4 days that we stayed. For the price the out door pool should have been heated, the hot tub was filled with children and not hot. There was no coffee or breakfast bar just the restaurant that charged $3 a cup. Very close to the ocean which is what you pay for. Everything else was mid at best.

The night that we got there our room looked nothing like the pictures had holes in the walls, hair that was not ours on the “kitchen” counter and in the bathroom, and there was a rhinestone underneath one of the beds so I can only imagine the state the beds were in. We attempted to change rooms and were told that there was nothing available for our length of stay and the person at the front desk even said our room was “one of the cheapest rooms and had a lot of complaints.” It took us reaching out to Expedia who handled the situation wonderfully and was able to get us a better updated room as well as extra cash on the app for our next trip. The way the staff handled the situation was disappointing to say the least considering we payed over $1,000 for 3 nights. We will not be staying at this location again and if anyone is planning on staying here I highly suggest you make sure your room isn’t on the second floor because according to the front desk worker it “has a lot of complaints.”

Loved the location, however, everything in the room was falling apart. Ex: closet mirror out of tracks, towel hanger in bathroom fell off the wall, etc. It was also not clean.
