Oceanview, oceanblock one bedroom corner condo, just steps from the beach and Atlantic Ocean with an outdoor pool! This condo is located in the Top Royal South building, just off of 126th St. You'll love the view of the ocean from the dining room window and balcony off of the living room. The bedroom has two double beds so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. There's a fully stocked kitchen so you can make your favorite meals and you'll also receive complimentary cable TV, high speed internet/wifi, a washer and dryer and one assigned parking space. There's also normally extra free street parking. This condo is located on the second floor and the building has an elevator. You'll be close to many restaurants, bars and also mini golf, so there's pleny to do in this location.

In addition to this property being steps from the beach and ocean, it is also across the street from Northside Park. Northside Park is Ocean City's largest and most popular park facility. The 58 acre complex boasts three lighted softball/baseball fields, a lighted soccer field, multipurpose field, a fishing lagoon, a foot bridge, concession stands, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking/jogging paths, and a large building with a 14,200 square foot gymnasium, kitchen, community room, conference room, patio, sitting areas, and a sports center annex with a 21,000 square foot multi-sport sports arena. Pack a lunch, grab your family, and enjoy some quality time at one of our lovely picnic sites.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $73.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
