In off-season, enjoyed an oceanfront view with balcony. Water was cut off, called front desk and it was restored within probably 10 minutes.

The Grand is beautifully decorated this time of year. Our stay was wonderful! Most of the Santas were on our floor so that was great seeing so many jolly good men on their way to the parade. The staff was fantastic, and happy to help with any questions. Our room was perfect with comfortable beds and luxury bedding. The towels were thick and soft. Everything was spotless. The Ocean was gorgeous and the final fullness of the last moon of 2025 showed up with clear skies. The rising moonlight cast over with the waves was just beautiful. Icy fog rolled in around 11p with thunder hanging just beneath the highest point of the moon was spectacular!! Such a great stay with smiles all around.
