Both bathrooms have been renovated and there is tile flooring throughout. The bedroom has a king-sized bed, and the living room also has a double sleep sofa so you can sleep 4 people comfortably. The WIFI and cable TV are both provided by the building. Conveniently there is a washer and dryer in the condo. This condo offers 1 assigned parking space, the condo is on the 3rd floor of the Marigot Beach building, and the building has an elevator.

Located in the heart of uptown Ocean City surrounded by restaurants, bars, mini golf, shopping & grocery stores is only a few blocks away. Gold Coast Mall is located directly across the street offering several shops, restaurants, a gym, and much more!

*Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $76.75. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you'd like to. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked. **

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
