Golden Sands is a Family-Friendly complex located in the heart of Ocean City, with fabulous Amenities! Featuring an Indoor Pool and Fitness Center located on the top floor, as well as a seasonal Recreation Deck with Outdoor Pool, Children’s Pool, Tiki Bar and Grill, there’s something for everyone. There is often Live Entertainment in season, as well. Golden Sands also offers one of Ocean City’s only Private Beach areas, open only to Golden Sands guests. For your convenience, one parking permit is provided upon arrival with registration, additional parking permit may be available through the building at an additional fee, subject to availability. Also for your peace of mind, there are maintenance personnel and security available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

And just wait until you see the breathtaking Bay Views from the Bedroom window! Centrally located in the hall, you’ll find a beautifully renovated Full Bath with a Shower/Tub Combo. And while no one likes doing laundry on vacation, you’ll appreciate the convenience of the stacked Washer/Dryer.

At the end of the Hall, you are sure to fall in love with the wide open living space with Kitchen and Dining Area with a view that dreams are made of with floor to ceiling windows. Golden Sands Requires guests to register prior to arrival. Registration is $75 for the entire stay and includes 1 parking permit for assigned (assigned June-August) parking space. Registration fee will be charged with final Balance.
Additional permits may be available for $20/day subject to availability upon arrival.
Registration form must be filled out and returned prior to arrival in order to receive arrival instructions and codes via email.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
