Luxury At The Beach, is the way to describe the Gateway Grand! This three bedroom ocean front condominium will make you want to stay forever. Featuring decorator furnishings, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer, dryer, 4 televisions, Wi-Fi is included and as well streaming tv. The master bedroom has a king bed and spacious master bath, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 full plus two twin) and also a queen sleep sofa in the living area. The owner supplies sheets & towels. Keurig coffee maker. The building offers indoor pool, outdoor pool, exercise room and Game room for the kids. The building is located mid-town OC on 48th street. Gateway Grand requires a seven day minimum rental and rents Saturday to Saturday.
No pets, please. Non-Smoking, Non-Vaping building, except for designated areas. $151 non-refundable registration/parking fee due with reservation.
Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
