Upon arrival, we were experiencing a major rainstorm, which did not stop for the three days we were there. The atmosphere and location of coastal Palms inn, allowed us to see the ocean and enjoy the city view even in the rain. We had paid for a suite, and it was absolutely worth it.! our receptionist Nikita was fabulous!!!

Clean room, nice area, helpful staff. Hot water in the bathroom took 5-10 minutes to heat up but other than that great stay. The outside pool doesn’t get much sun so we didn’t use it as it was windy during our stay. Had our puppy with us. the pet relief area is small and obstructed with a unit of some sort and picnic tables but got the job done.

The room was very clean and the front desk staff, Heidi was great. The bed was not the most comfortable for me, but I am very picky about a bed. The room was large and our golden retriever was welcomed by Heidi when she came in. I will definitely keep this hotel on my list of places to stay.
