We recently stayed here and I have to say, the staff were absolutely wonderful and very accommodating people. Their hospitality really stood out and made us feel welcomed. We booked a suite, and while the layout and idea of the room were great, there were a few things that left us disappointed. The room itself could use some extra attention to cleanliness and maintenance. The carpet left our feet dirty, and we noticed stains (very yellow) on the pillows and mattress (thankfully, we had brought our own pillows). There was also a large gap under the exterior door, which allowed rainwater to come inside and soak the floor during our stay. For safety, the sliding glass door to the balcony didn’t lock, which worried us since we had our little one with us. The safety latch on the main door was also close to broken. Overall, the staff were truly excellent, but the suite itself needs some refreshing and a little extra care to match the warm service. With some updates, this place could be amazing.
