Located on the third floor of a private, secured building with elevator access, this beautifully appointed condo comfortably accommodates larger groups with plenty of space to relax, dine, and spend quality time together. Two parking spaces are included for your convenience.

Master Bedroom: Two queen-size beds and a private bathroom, sleeping up to 4 guests.
Bedroom 2: Two full-size beds, sleeping up to 4 guests.
Bedroom 3: Full-over-full bunk bed with a pull-out twin trundle, sleeping up to 5 guests.
Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, sleeping up to 2 guests.
Please note that the individual bed capacities listed above total more than 12 people when combined with the sleeper sofa. The maximum permitted occupancy is subject to the property's booking rules and applicable restrictions.

Check-In Scheduling
For weekly rentals, check-in dates may be available on any day of the week, except during Senior Weeks, when Saturday check-in is required.

Please confirm your preferred dates and arrival arrangements before booking.

Important Rental Information & House Rules
Occupancy and Age Requirements
The property is advertised to accommodate up to 12 guests. Special booking requirements apply to Senior Week reservations and groups in which all occupants are under 25 years of age.

These qualifying groups require prior approval from the homeowner. An additional $99 non-refundable renter's insurance fee, along with the standard $500 security deposit, is required.

Please contact the homeowner for approval before booking if these requirements apply to your group.

Bed Linens and Towels
Bed linens and towels are not provided. Third-party rental services are available, and a list of local providers will be supplied after your reservation is confirmed. Pillows and blankets are provided.

Starter Supplies
An initial supply of household essentials is provided for your stay:

Approximately 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels per stay
3 dishwasher pods per stay
3 laundry detergent pods per stay
These supplies are not replenished during your stay. Guests are welcome to bring additional supplies as needed.

Noise and Parties
No loud parties or disruptive noise are permitted. Noise that disturbs neighboring residents may result in immediate eviction and loss of the security deposit or payment for unused rental nights, subject to applicable law and booking-platform policies.

Please be respectful of neighboring residents and community rules throughout your stay.

Pool access: Confirm that this particular condo's community pool is available to guests before including that amenity.
