Fantastic hotel, staff, location, food and amenities. Wonderful hotel near the Zocalo and wonderfully appointed, comfortable, intimate, boutique hotel. Kudos to Nella and the breakfast staff for their warm, friendly attention. Great place and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a very relaxing place. Lovely!!!

Pug Seal is a great boutique option. It is right in the centre and some of the rooms can be noisy due to bars in the area. Oaxaca is a noisy place in general! We stayed in Mar room and this was a quiet room. Breakfast is amazing service is outstanding. A great boutique hotel option.

One of the best hotel experiences - I wish I stayed longer! Breakfast was included and incredible, staff was knowledgeable about the area, culture, getting around. They helped me get a dinner reservation and the airport shuttle was as painless as it gets. Also connected me with a day trip guide and I had the absolute best time. I will be back!

The most outstanding person was Antonio. From the moment we walked in until we left. Other staff were nice. Everyone was young and accommodating. The breakfast bar was a disappointment. A few bowls of fruit, only one bowl of yogurt they had to keep refilling. A couple of pastries. They had menus for hot dishes. Very limited space & small sink in bedroom. Wasted space in bathroom and everything was very dark grey and black. Would not stay here again.
