Excellent service, hotel is clean, staff was amazing! On our 2nd day of staying at hotel we had a family emergency, death in family and Mr Victor and his staff were kind enough to assist without hesitation in what we needed to find flights, transportation and whatever else was needed. We are very appreciative and thankful for there kindness! 100% recommend Hotel Boutique Parador San Miguel will definitely stay there again and enjoy the beautiful state of Oaxaca!

Amazing staff, very friendly, excellent location of hotel close to the zócalo, safe at night, lots of restaurants, they can organize group or public tours. Excellent hospitality and we loved the restaurant, the food was excellent!

It’s very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They are so sweet that they set up a birthday decoration for our room when I mentioned it was a birthday celebration trip. It was such a pleasant surprise! They made the birthday celebration extraordinarily a special one to remember for years to come. We enjoyed our stay very much and we truly appreciate the effort they put in.

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant has tasty food and drinks the only complaint is that they need to open the restaurant early not after 7:30am. Some of us are early birds that needs coffee before a tour.

Don’t use the supplies !

Very nice decor but this hotel is hardly in the upper class category. It’s clean and I would equate it more to three and half star. The bed is a bit old. The hotel has signs in the room about what they do not give you and even limits the amount of personal hygiene product they will supply and threats of charges if you make the towel dirty. It’s not very welcoming at all.
